The Team can't decide which fans are in worse shape. Cubs fans? They're not sure which direction their team is headed. Cardinals fans? They're being patient (except on Twitter and Facebook) as ever.
Will the Cardinals going to win just enough over the next ten days to allow the front office to do nothing? Will the Cubs do something about their infield corners, seeking any consistent threat in the middle of the order?
One thing is for sure, in a boring season, these next two weeks hold the promise of change for both sides. OR NOT!
